Spicy Sichuan dish with soft tofu in a chili bean sauce with ground pork.
Ingredients
- soft tofu
- ground pork
- doubanjiang
- garlic
- ginger
- soy sauce
- Sichuan peppercorns
- scallions
- chicken stock
Instructions
- Brown pork with garlic and ginger
- Add doubanjiang
- Add stock and bring to boil
- Add cubed tofu gently
- Simmer 10 minutes
- Garnish with scallions and Sichuan pepper
